I obtained my Bachelors in Computer Science (Interactive Media) from University Teknikal Malaysia Melaka in 2007. After a short stint as a Multimedia Editor in the private sector, I went to further my Masters in Education (Technical and Vocational Education and Training). I continued working in the private sector as a Multimedia Developer before I started lecturing in the field of Creative Multimedia at a Community College. After teaching for five years, I went to pursue my PhD in Instructional Technology in University Malaya. My research was on the design and development of a flipped classroom module in culinary arts for community colleges. Now, I am the headquarters of the Department of Polytechnics and Community Colleges, Ministry of Education of Malaysia. As a Senior Assistant Director of the Instructional and Digital Learning Unit, I have been assigned to come up with the framework of Flipped Classroom implementation for Malaysian Polytechnics and Community Colleges.
