Director of ESL Department

I am presently studying for an additional masters degree in educational technology and have a bachelors and masters degree in social work. I have been teaching ESL for the past 18 years at a private university and am also director of the department. I also recently received a TESOL certificate via Coursera from the University of Arizona and am a lifelong learner who has taken many courses online and have also developed some online modules/courses. I am at the beginning of the flipped learning process and so far, have just flipped some vocabularyI but I see the potential. I am presently in the experimentation stage in terms of my teaching and am incorporating innovative teaching methods along with web 2.0 tools to help students succeed with their learning. I am a former American who has been living in Israel for the past 30 years.
