I obtained my Ph.D. and M.Ed. in Secondary Mathematics – Instructional Technology in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University, respectively. I wrote my dissertation on mathematics teacher’s experiences with flipped learning and the results were epic. I presented the results of my dissertation at the Future of Educational Technology Conference inf Orlando, Florida. I also have certification in Educational Leadership from Bowling Green State University. I am currently a school administrator with Columbus City Schools and the STEM Coordinator for the Linden-McKinley STEM Academy. My professional interests include instructional technology, mathematics and curriculum development. As an adjunct Math instructor at a local community college, I incorporated flipped learning in my course to engage and drive instruction. The results were phenomenal, students who had never passed a math class were excited to come to class and complete assignments.
