Raghunathan Rajasekaran

I obtained my Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Pilani Campus and currently working as a faculty member at the Department of Management, in the same institute. I have served in key roles of Vision 2020, Mission 2012, Mission 2015 and strategy planning exercise for BITS Pilani. I have also been a panel/organizing member of ‘Intensive Teaching Workshop’ at BITS Pilani. My professional interests include SOTL research, program design, curriculum design, competency/skill development, experiential learning pedagogies, and designing executive training programs. I have completed ISB Master Teacher Programme and Faculty Development Program on Capstone®, Foundation® And Comp-Xm®.
