I have been teaching Biology at an independent Quaker school for 32 years, and flipping my classes for the last four of those years. Many other teaching ideas and strategies have come along over the years, but flipping was a true game changer for me. The best part has been figuring out which cool activity, lab, demonstration, or group challenge I can do during class time, now that the vast majority of content delivery happens outside of class.
