Erin Stoops

I have taught Chemistry and AP Chemistry for the last 20 years at two different school districts.  I earned my Masters degree early in my teaching career from Hood College in Curriculum & Instruction but I continued to seek valuable PD that can be useful in my own classroom both with respect to chemistry and technology.  After taking two courses on flipping my classroom at the graduate level, I flipped my own classroom.  For the last three years I have been able to see my students learn chemistry at their own pace,  develop skills and make more connections with me and their peers.  I look forward to opportunities to share my experiences with my local colleagues and others.
