I am currently in my 20th year as a life long educator. My degrees show that I value life long learning. I obtained my BA degree from Winthrop University, certification in elementary education from University of South Carolina – Aiken, certification in learning disabilities from University of South Carolina, my Masters of Education from Columba College, and my Education Specialist in School Administration and Leadership from Clemson University. My education background includes teaching 5th grade math, science, and social studied, elementary resource, 6th grade math, middle school instructional coach, and middle school assistant principal. I have just completed my Level I Flipped Classroom training along with 4 of my colleagues. We are using the train the trainer model to bring flipped learning to our small, rural, middle school in South Carolina. I am looking forward to seeing the growth in our teachers and students as we revitalize education in our school.
