Amrinder Khosa

Dr Amrinder Khosa is an Accounting lecturer at the Monash Business School. He obtained his PhD in Accounting from La Trobe University in 2015. His varied research interests include supervision process of PhD programs, accounting education, corporate governance in group-affiliated firms and related-party transactions.

Amrinder has worked in the higher education sector for more than 8 years, particularly researching corporate governance, family firms and accounting education, and teaching financial accounting at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.

He is interested in innovative and technology based teaching methods that link accounting theory to business practice. Amrinder has adopted Flipped Classroom approach to advance innovative models of education and contribute to scholarly activities that influence and enhance learning and teaching. With strong links and involvement with industry, he aims to communicate the role of accounting in broader business environment and community.
