MANAGING YOUR COURSES & CERTIFICATES

A: First, please check your spam folder to make sure it isn’t there. Oftentimes it is because you have not yet reached 100% completion, even though you have watched all of the videos and completed the tasks. Please go back into the course and make sure you have clicked the COMPLETE & CONTINUE button for all of the tasks in the course until you show 100% completion. Then your certificate will be automatically emailed to you.

A: If you chose the 90-day option at the time of purchase, or you have canceled your subscription, it may have expired. If you repurchase the course, the system will remember where you left off, so you don’t have to start over.

A: Actually, your certification hasn’t expired, just your certificate. All course certificates expire one year from the date of the course completion to encourage educators to stay current in their Flipped Learning knowledge and practice. The certification courses are updated yearly based on the AALAS Global Standards for Flipped Learning, current best practices and research. To maintain a current certificate, simply complete the course updates, and you will be issued a certificate and badge for the present year.

A: Congratulations on completing Level – I! Usually, Level – II is the next best option. However, if you are currently preparing for the next school year and want to implement Flipped Learning, you may want to take the Flipped Learning 3.0 Lesson Planning Specialist course before Level – II.

There are two options for most courses 90-day access and the annual subscription option.

The 90-day access option was created for educators familiar with Flipped Learning who want to update their understanding of best practices. The choice is also for educators or institutions on a budget.

The subscription option provides 365-day access to the course content and is for educators new to Flipped Learning who will need to return to the course often as they move toward developing their Flipped Learning competence.

The subscription automatically renews yearly and may be canceled at any time before the renewal date. A notice will be sent to you before the renewal date. To avoid renewal charges, users must access their account and cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

** We provide previews of courses so you can sample the courses before signing up. There are no course refunds once you have paid and accessed the course material. There are no refunds for subscriptions that are canceled after the renewal date.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

A: Sometimes school/work email addresses are blocked from joining an online community such as ours, or the school/work internet has blocks in place. Or it may be an issue with the internet browser. The best way to ensure a successful registration is to try it from a non-school/work location, using a non-school/work email address and a web browser such as Chrome.
