Resident expert in Adobe Captivate, multi-media technologies, and Microsoft Applications. Frequently sought to advise management on next-gen or trending content authoring and multimedia tools, the use of gamification techniques, and mobile and social learning technology advances. Successfully implemented custom eLearning courses within the Agency for Lean6, Corporate Communications, Agency Compliancy, Force Protection, and Audit Readiness. Successfully implemented five Audit Readiness courses that directly impact the Agency’s level of preparedness to the upcoming Statement of Assurance. Received accolades from Under Secretary of Defense and DFAS Director for Audit Readiness eLearning courses that are becoming “best practice” within the Department of Defense (DoD). Provided instructional design and performance consulting support solutions to Lilly’s Medical and Manufacturing divisions. Supported business objectives by working with all levels of management to identify, prioritize, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs. Conducted needs assessments to determine and develop training curriculum based on job function requirements. Evaluated training effectiveness for existing and planned learning interventions.
