Alysa Ochi Marie Bernadas

I obtained my undergraduate degree in Communication Arts with a major in Speech Communication and a minor in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines. I’m currently taking my MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. I’ve been in the learning and development industry for over 10 years. I started as a Language Coach in IBM wherein I was in charge of training employees from basic English proficiency to advanced leadership courses. I dealt with employees from different sectors of the company such as customer service, banking and finance, telcos and the like. I’m currently a senior learning and development Trainer at Trend Micro, one of the leading IT companies in the world. Aside from learning, my other interests include food, travel and makeup. I maintain a blog and vlog that chronicles my adventures and misadventures.
